Continuing education brings us forward. In performance reviews, supervisors and employees discuss where continuing education makes sense together. Along with the prescribed legal measures, we also provide the opportunity to complete specialist and interdisciplinary trainings, IT and language courses, as well as specialized seminaries for management.  

Performance Reviews (also held annually)

Once a year, supervisors and employees define goals together for the following twelve months. At the same time, the employee receives valuable feedback on his or her performance. Additionally, in the annual performance review support measures are derived and interchanged for joint cooperation.
