Sales & Marketing

The sales and marketing department introduce the products offered by the K+S Group to the customer. Effective and efficient product management and marketing enable this section to maximize the sale of products and ensure that customers are offered the best service possible. This also helps attract new customers and maintain customer loyalty.

Examples of tasks:

  • Managing the sales and marketing work involving direct customers and supporting regional internal and external partners in the relevant segment
  • Preparing offers and working with customers to negotiate and conclude terms and conditions for prices, deliveries and contracts, and tracking these
  • Managing customer relations by visiting customers and participating in customer events, etc.
  • Assisting and implementing marketing and competitive strategies as well as pricing strategies and volume policies, including the marketing instruments required here
  • Working closely with other departments (e.g. Supply Chain Management and Technical Advisory Services)
