To enable us to establish whether your profile corresponds to our ideas, the following should be covered in your application:

Letter

The performance, skills, creativity, commitment and mobility of our employees are important conditions for our success. For this reason, your letter should elaborate on your motivation, the aforementioned success factors and your salary expectations in addition to the position you are applying for with us. In the case of speculative applications, please indicate the area of work you are interested in and why.
In addition, your application should be addressed to the contact persons indicated in the vacancy notice. In the case of a speculative application, please address it to the respective contact person at the site. Applications with no contact person indicated are not automatically circulated within the entire K+S Group. Please draft your letter precisely and clearly.

Curriculum vitae

Your curriculum vitae should be set out in tabular form and in chronological order covering the most important points in your career to date. Any chronological gaps should be explained briefly but intelligibly.
If you have professional experience or have already completed an internship in the past, a short list and description of the duties you performed would be very helpful. In the case of exam results, please always indicate the grades and points you received. In addition, we are also very interested in any additional skills you may have acquired, e.g. IT or language skills, and in your hobbies, of course.

Photograph

You could include a current photograph if you want to.

Attachments

Please submit all copies of certificates and records that could be of interest to us along with your application. This means that you are able to provide proof of the information contained in your curriculum vitae. In the case of applications submitted by e-mail, we would ask you to place the documents in a single PDF file.

You can submit applications to us by post or by e-mail. In the case of applications submitted by e-mail, please note that a file size of 2 MB cannot be exceeded. You will receive confirmation from us.
