back to topThe Board of Executive Directors is authorised to acquire own shares representing no more than ten percent of the total number of no-par value shares comprising the share capital of K+S Aktiengesellschaft until 31 October 2008. At no time may the Company hold more than ten percent of the total number of no-par value shares comprising its share capital.
By resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2007 we were once again authorized to acquire up to 10% of our own shares for a further 18 months. The Board of Executive Directors has not exercised this authorisation thus far.
For 2007 a dividend of € 2.00 per share was paid out (after the share split with effect from 21 July 2008 in the ratio 1 to 4 this corresponds to a payment of € 0.50 per share; total payment: € 82.5 million; payment date 15 May 2008). Based on the year-end closing price, this corresponds to a dividend yield of 1.2%.
