The overriding goals of the financial management of the K+S Group include:

• securing liquidity and controlling it efficiently across the Group,
• maintaining the financial capacity of the Group as well as diversifying such capacity and capital maturity structures
• reducing financial risks by means of financial instruments also.   

With a sound equity position, stable cash-flows from operating activities and the effective allocation of resources we want to optimize our cost of capital.
